Samsung Set to Lauuch Smartphone With Screen On Both Side

Technology is Advancing on Daily basics – Samsung is planning to invent some crazy smartphone which will come with screen on both side. Can you beat that!

According to a new discovery by LetsGoDigital reveals Samsung several ideas for the future smartphone designs featuring a display that wraps around both the front and back of a handset.

The patent was registered with WIPO and it includes three different concepts, all have a display on the rear side of the device.

The first design shows a smartphone with one continuous display that wraps all the way around the right side of the handset, giving it the look of having two displays on the front and back of the device. This would allow users to have two options for viewing on the device.

this model can switch viewing positions from front to back depending on how the user is holding the handset. Imagine such a device that would allow multiple users to view the same content from either side of a handset at the same time, rather than huddling around one screen.

Content can flip between back and front displays

The second design shows a screen that wraps around the full body of a device, but it includes sensors that account for where a user may hold the device.

This design would allow the content to flip between the front and back screens but will shrink the display away from the user’s hand depending on how they are holding the device.

Display curves under the bottom of the smartphone

The third model also shows a touchscreen that runs all the way to the back of the device, but this time via the bottom, instead of the side. We hope such device will be seen by Mid 2018.

Huawei Launch the Huawei Mate 10 Porch and WIFI Q2 at CES2018

Huawei yesterday launched the Huawei mate 10 pro at the Consumer Electronics show, CES. When giving it keynote address, Richard You, made it very clear that Huawei do not joke with research.

For the past ten years, Huawei has invested $40 billion on research and development. The Huawei Mate 10 pro is a similar device with he Huawei Mate 10 launched late last year. Also, Dr. Jan Becker was on stage at which she launched the Huawei Mate 10 Porch.

The Porch of Huawei Mate 10 will be made available in February. The Huawei Mate 10 Porch price should be around $1225. A 6" screen size, AMOLED display, Android Oreo, Hisilicon Kirin 970 chipset, dual rear camera of 12MP + 20MP and 8MP front camera. The internal RAM is 6GB and 256GB internal storage ROM. External storage not available.

Huawei Mate 10 series is the first of all flagship smart phones launched last year to fluant Android 8.0 Oreo. Also, Huawei product makes use of google assistant as its machine learning platform. Further, Jan Becker states clearly that Huawei takes privacy and security of its devices very serious.

Other launch at the CES2018 include the WIFI Q2 and the HiLink smart home solutions.

Ethical Hackers and pioneers of blockchains claimed that the use of Blockchains by organisations and individuals will help reduced hacking. With secure calling the device uses advanced cryptography to enable the public key to public key calling. Cryptocurrency transactions are used to create multi-layer encryptions.

Secure messaging uses the same cryptographic methods for secure messaging. BitVault to BitVault messaging is multi-layered encrypted.

Secure Document Transfer enables a user sends a document created on a laptop or a PC via the BitVault as an attachment, these documents are transferred over a private blockchain separate from the BitVault communication environment. Both the sender and receiver will need to download an application on their respective computers to send or receive documents. Keys to open these documents will be securely transmitted from BitVault to BitVault. In this way, outside documents can never enter the BitVault communication environment keeping it safe from malware.

In secure browsing, using blockchain technology, the BitVault dynamically verifies websites through a set of confirmation steps. Browsing with the BitVault is severely restricted and controlled by stringent rules to ensure the integrity of the environment.

Dynamic Key Creation uses biometric identification and NFC technology. The user creates private and public keys every time the device is used. These keys are never stored anywhere and can only be created by the specific user. These keys are used for encryption of transactions, communication and other applications on the device.

Cryptocurrency wallets is used in BitVault applications and also comes with native cryptocurrency wallets. The BitVault will ship with the following wallets installed; Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, EOT.

BitVault App Store will be open to enterprise developers. Enterprises could develop proprietary applications dedicated to their customers.

The camera department is not disappointing at all as dual 13 MP + 2 MP cameras are mounted on the front and on the back and both of them record video in 1080p. The device is light up with Li-Polymer with 3,000 mAh capacity and support for Super Charge.

 The phone is coming in Navy Blue, Seagull Gray, Magic Nightfall (read Black) or Pearl White and will arrive in China on December 26. India, Russia, and the UK will also get the device soon.

Samsung Galaxy A8 hands-on: Design and key features

In a first for the A-series range, or anything outside of Samsung’s flagships for that matter, 2018’s Galaxy A8 has a 5.6in edge-to-edge display with an 18.5:9 aspect ratio. The bezels aren't quite as slim as they are on the Samsung Galaxy range, though, with a distinct black border still running around the edges of the screen. In fact the front of the phone is more reminiscent of the Google Pixel 2 XL than Samsung's more glitzey brethren.
